On the New Year's Eve I wish you a very happy 2014,
lots of wonderful ideas for felting and other creative projects,
great imagination to play and experiment with wool and other materials and energy to roll and roll ...
but most of all - health because without it no dreams can come true.
At the end of the year, I share with you a new project - a laptop sleeve with a forest landscape and a red deer.
The choice of the landscape made for a reason, not accidental at all, although I had some thoughts of other themes, for example a scenery of a fisherman on a beautiful lake or a tank somewhere in the nature - lots of different hobbies, lots of possibilities.
Felted seamless with merino wool in grayish tones for the base and different shades of green for the forest.
All wet felted, except for the deer's horns and eyes - dry felted. Closed with a zipper, unvisible on these pictures.
It was a Christmas gift to someone who helped me a great deal without even having been asked. Which doesn't happen that often, you know.
Doesn't wear any purses abviously, not even purple ones, so I made a sleeve for his laptop. Hopefully he likes it and will use a lot.
And hopefully you'll stick with my blog next year and enjoy my new posts and projects.
