Indian summer or golden autumn hand felted bag

There is the Indian summer in America, we have the golden Polish autumn instead.

Let me introduce my last bag in autumn shades.

This time I didn't try to paint any patterns or pictures, I played with colors, texture and form.
It was an unbelievable pleasure just experimenting with merino wool, mixing it's different shades to achieve that effect, probably not cought well enough by the camera.

The bag is wet felted and seamless, made of delicate merino wool with ivory cotton lining inside. I used bigles and a funny feltball to close it. A rope in matching colors can be tided up differently to get the needed lenght.

It looks as if the autumn itself painted the bag with its beautiful  tones;
silk, linen and bamboo treads glimmering all over.

But it isn't necessaryly a bag for the fall season only. It matches different things in the closet, looks great with winter braun leather boots or the green jacket for spring.
Not using patterns gave different options after all.
